The Sound Of A Dripping Tap

If you have ever wondered what causes the sound of a dripping tap you might be surprised to learn that it is actually not caused by the drop hitting the water.

A recent article on science magazine European Science explains how british Researchers discovered the real origin of the sound. The university also published a short youtube video.
