Martin Stig Anderson’s fantastic audio showcase of Playdead’s newest game, INSIDE, has just been released on the GDC Youtube Channel. He thoroughly explains some of the system design that drives the audio of the game, and he helpfully includes examples from his Wwise project to demonstrate them. This video provides great insight into the inner-workings of a complex game sound design, and is an excellent example of how game design and sound design can work in harmony.
