The last time we took down the site for maintenance, about 3 years ago, Varun mentioned what kind of a beast this site is. At some point this weekend, probably on Saturday, we’ll be taking the site down for a new round of maintenance. This will be to reorganize the site a bit (hopefully making things a little easier to find), improve the experience on mobile devices, and a handful of other little behind the scenes stuff. The down time will affect both the main site here and Designing Sound Exchange. We’ll post to both Twitter and Facebook when the work is about to start, and again when it is completed.
