Lars Von Triers AntiChrist was an excellent film but it was very disturbing, physically & psychologically. How was it working with such disturbing material?

Peter, could you talk a bit more about your work on Antichrist? You guys achieved an unholy feel throughout the film that was quite remarkable.
In particular I’m very curious about the ambiences of the forest, it felt like nature had died. If I remember correctly there’s a very thick silence, a very muted ambience track which I found very fitting.
