Moscone is actually one of the worst places i have worked. Usually associations sign long contracts to get lower costs. Moscone is one of most costly convention centers to have a show at. besides AES international shows the last time i remember it being somewhere else was LA in 2003!

I’ll shoot you an e-mail, Douglas. I also need to respond to something Jeremy sent me. I’ll try to contact both of you today.

They go back and forth from coast to coast each year, in the attempt to make it more convenient for one half of the community or another. They also try to take foreign travelers, availability of public transportation, etc. into account. There aren’t a lot of places in the U.S. that fit the bill properly. They are holding it in LA again for the first time in a long while.

We are based in the Lower East Side of NYC – what about hosting it at an actual studio? I have several places in mind and being that we are in NYC I’d be happy to help if need be. Please contact me directly to discuss if interested. Looking forward to this!
