So I write or download what’s needed for each job.

Last month my computer refused to recognize a backup drive so I get a new one, twice the size. I milked 90 percent date off of the broken one, but having looked at the old stuff from that drive I asked myself “when will I ever used that stuff again”. Some of it is 30yo and would only ever be good for reference

That is and remains the question. Or do I just get bigger drives forever.

At one point I decided to get rid of it and replace it with a simple 1W practice amp with only 4knobs (vol, gain, rev, EQ) & now I spent a lot more time just playing the instrument.
