As a recent graduate of IPR and aspiring sound professional, it worries me to hear from Mr. Roesch that there are not apprenticeships for the next generation. As John said, now anybody can set up in their garage and have a Foley stage. With this being true, is it all on us to learn as much as possible on our own and hope to be in the right place at the right time like Mr. Roesch?
