thanks for the heads up. i just made a temp effects database in SM since i am in the middle of a job. i didn’t know Sonopedia had 16441 in there. I suppose that is useful for some people.

Yes. There are still some metadata issues, but things are MUCH better than they were. As for duplicate elements, the Sonopedia includes files in multiple formats. I only ever scanned in the high res (24/96) files. If you’d like to make your life a little simpler, I’d suggest doing something similar.

I have been mostly positive as it seems there is a lot of great stuff in this library. My complaints are metadata is not accurate at times. luckily i got the freelancer price but if i were paying retail i would be on them about the issue. Secondly there seems to be duplicate elements although I’m not sure on the amount of this. i would still buy it at the current pricing if i had to do it again.
