I just used it on a sound project for a youtube cartoon series coming out early next year. The H4n mics are great but really sensitive and with all the susceptibility to handheld vibrations and button noise it’s MORE than worth it to get the remote accessory.

I got the Sony PCM D50 and the 744. The D50 is indeed handfull to use, in public spaces (subways, restaurants etc) without being noticed and getting great results. Thanks for sharing!
