It sounds too good to be true to me. On the other hand, if this effect is really created by the acoustic properties of this well, then wouldn’t you think the effect could be replicated/synthesized by a convolution reverb or acoustic modeling? If you could change the delay time and dimensions of the virtual well… think of the possibilities!!
